We talk with the people who use the data day to day. You end Phase 1 with a written scope, a fixed price, and a clear timeline. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you — and we won't charge you for the conversation.
This is the engineering work: connecting your systems, unifying your data, and building the infrastructure your team will actually use. You see progress weekly — not in one big reveal at the end — and you get early access to pieces as they come online.
The last phase makes sure your organization owns what we built — the code, the documentation, the infrastructure. We walk through the system with whoever needs to know it and make sure nothing is a black box. Most systems need some ongoing maintenance as data sources change and programs grow. You decide what that looks like: your own staff, someone else, or us through a monthly retainer.
